| All new accounts are Credit Card only. We accept all major Credit Cards. |
| Sale Terms: |
| All sales are final on promotional deals, clearance items, special sales and custom orders. |
| Shipping: |
| We ship via USPS Priority and Express or UPS Ground, 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air, Next Day Air and Next Day Saturday. |
| UPS cutoff time is 2:30 PM PST. Shipping is paid by the customer. |
| All Drop Ship Orders will incur a $12.00 fee. |
| Damaged and Defective Merchandise: |
| Orders should be inspected upon delivery. |
| In the event of receiving damaged or defective merchandise, contact your representative as soon as possible to request an RMA#. The RMA# needs to be requested within 3 business days of delivery. |
| Lost or Stolen Merchandise: |
| On the rare occasion that merchandise is lost or stolen in transit, BelleTressTM will work diligently to keep direct contact with USPS or UPS until the package is traced and found. If your package is deemed untraceable, BelleTressTM will ship out a replacement right away. |
