BELLE TRESS RETURN POLICY |
The biggest concern for our retail partners is that they want to ensure their customers are getting fresh, new, untouched products straight from the factory.
We feel our retailers and our mutual customers deserve the same.
We are implementing the following changes to our return policy, effective immediately.

RETURNING FEE We will no longer call the fees assessed a "restocking fee" since we will NOT restock any returned items for any reason. We will call " returning fee".
On the last day of each month, we will mass email the list of all returned items with a $40 discount for any of our retailers to purchase. All sales are final on the returned items and they will be marked as "returned" on the box.
There is no minimum or maximum purchase requirements for all returned items.
After 5 days of sending returned item list at $40 off on each item from the listed price, we will donate the rest to the American Cancer Society.
We will still insist on the same return requirements since they must be sellable.
The zigzag crown must be intact, and all items including tags, labels, and tissue must be in mint, crisp condition. We will assess a $40 return fee per item to pass the savings to the retailers who are interested in purchasing the returned products. (Human Hair 10% return fee).
Any items that do not qualify for return will be shipped back to the retailer with the shipping charge. We will make exceptions on return fees for items that are irregular or defective.
We will replace any irregular or defective items with free shipping right away as long as we have the item in stock.
This change will ensure that all customers will only receive items that are fresh and new from the factory. It will also provide confidence for the retailers and consumers that they are guaranteed to receive only fresh products from BelleTress.

Returns will not be accepted unless pre-authorized by Belle Tress. Request must be made within 30 days from the date of invoice. Upon approval of return process accompanied by authorization for return label, products that meet the terms and conditions for return will receive refund to their credit cards. The customer always pays freight. |
• A copy of the original invoice must be accompanying the returning products. |
• The authorization for return label or RMA# must be placed on the outside of the box. If not, the box will be refused. |
• All returns must be in MINT CONDITION. Missing tags, labels, oxygen absorbers, hairnets, inner tissues, or broken/damaged boxes does not qualify for returns. |
• Products that are brushed, combed, fluffed do not qualify for returns. |
• Belle Tress carefully designs product packaging to protect the product integrity. Altered packaging does not qualify for returns. |
• Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. |
• Any discontinued items are not returnable. |
• Belle Tress is not responsible for lost returning packages. |
• Belle Tress will NOT accept any returns after 30 days from the invoice date. NO EXCEPTION. |
• Belle Tress reserves the right to ship back any unqualified products to the customer without notification and will charge new shipping and handling to the customer’s account. |
